Join the community in commemorating the spirit of VE Day with a weekend full of vintage charm, live performances, and historical tributes across Clifton Village.

Running throughout the day from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, hop aboard a classic bus and enjoy a nostalgic ride through the village.

Library Courtyard

  • 11:00 AM – Wartime Songs

  • 12:00 PM – Wartime Duologue

  • 12:50 PM – 'Evacuation' – A theatrical performance

  • 1:30 PM – Musical performance by Clifton High School

Princess Victoria Street

  • 12:15 PM – 'Rationing Woes' – Theatrical performance

The Mall Gardens

  • 12:30 PM – D-Day Dollies – Musical performance

Open Day at The Clifton Club
From 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, explore one of Clifton’s most exclusive historic venues. The day includes:

  • Guided tours of the 200-year-old club

  • Sunday lunch served in style

  • Drinks in the elegant bar overlooking The Mall Gardens
    A rare opportunity to step inside a true Clifton institution.
