New for 2026, the Clifton Spirits Festival brings together an exceptional collection of spirits producers, distillers, merchants and specialists for a relaxed tasting experience at the beautiful Avon Gorge Hotel by Hotel du Vin.
Across two sessions, guests can explore an exciting selection of spirits, from craft gin and whisky to rum, vodka, liqueurs and more. Meet the makers, discover new favourites and enjoy guided tastings and samples from producers and specialists from Bristol, the South West and beyond.
The festival takes place in the elegant Aquam Bibe Suite, creating a relaxed and sociable setting in which to discover something new, chat with fellow spirits enthusiasts and enjoy the very best of the region’s drinks scene.
Whether you’re a curious newcomer or a seasoned spirits enthusiast, Clifton Spirits Festival is the perfect way to spend an autumn afternoon or evening discovering exceptional drinks in one of Bristol’s most iconic locations.
