Event Refunds and Cancellations

PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO OUR REFUND POLICY FOR TICKETS PURCHASED ON OR AFTER 14/01/26

  • Tickets purchased via Bristol Film Festival’s website are subject to this refund policy. All tickets purchased through third party providers may also be subject to alternative policies. Customers are advised to check third party provider’s policies at the point of booking.

  • Tickets purchased before 14th January 2026 - tickets may be exchanged for event credit to the same value of your ticket up to 72 hours before the start of an event.

    Tickets purchased on or after 14th January 2026 - tickets will only be refundable if ticket insurance was added at the point of purchase.

    Red Carpet Club members - tickets are refundable up to 5 working days before your event, and exchangeable for credit for up to 24 hours before your event.

  • In order to request an event credit, please complete the form below.

  • If an event must be postponed by the Organisers, all attendees will receive a notification via email. All tickets will be automatically transferred to the revised date. If customers are unable to attend on the new date, a refund can be claimed if the Organisers are notified by the date specified in the notification email. Following this, event credits will be issued up to 48 hours before the start of an event.

  • If an event is cancelled with no alternative date provided, all attendees will receive a notification via email and receive a full refund.
