Battle of Britain

IN FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Wednesday 6th March | Doors: 18:30 | Film Start: 19:30 | Approx. End: 22:00

Following two sellout screenings of Airplane! and Top Gun, In Flight Entertainment returns with a screening of Battle of Britain underneath Concorde itself. This iconic plane is the last of its kind to be built and the last to fly; it ended its journey in Bristol and is now displayed in a custom-built hangar, and you will have the opportunity to look onboard prior to the film starting. You can also buy drinks and snacks in the shadow of the plane, before taking your seats below its wing to enjoy one of the finest World War Two films ever made.

Both Battle of Britain and Concorde are celebrating their 50th birthdays this year – so expect live jazz and dancing to mark the occasion…

Book today to avoid missing your flight!

THEY SAY: “Battle of Britainis one of the single greatest films ever made about World War II. It is also one of the single most historically accurate movies ever made.”– Charles Rector, Medium, 2017

WE SAY: Directed by Guy Hamilton of Goldfinger fame, this truly epic movie features the very definition of an ensemble cast! With the film turning 50 this year, what better location to enjoy its riveting dogfight sequences than on the very site where the Bristol Blenheim was constructed?
